After a 6 minute warm-up, Stephanie begins her workout with a half our of aerobic and toning intervals to get your body pumped and primed. This method of training burns the most fat by boosting your metabolism, increasing your heart rate, and strengtening each muscle group. By alternating between aerobics and toning, your body is kept in a prime, burning state that is optimal for fitness advanced.


Stephanie uses challening cardio moves that are basic but intense, so you can focus on the work your doing and not on complicated moves. Her toning moves target everything--upper, lower, and core. After the half hour of floor aerobics and toning intervals, you move on to straight-forward weight work. You'll get down to business with effective base moves that add on in intensity, ensuring a thorough and effective workout.
